6. Tracking & Notifications
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track the delivery on the carrier’s website.
7. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or if the parcel is uncollected, it may be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange redelivery or other solutions. Additional delivery fees may apply.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your parcel is damaged in transit or lost, please notify us immediately. If the product is damaged please include clear photographs with date and time stamp. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

1. Right of Cancellation (Consumer Rights)
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the Products.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by email or in writing.

2. Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel your order:
- We will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (unless the entire order is returned).
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you provide proof of return.
3. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Products must be returned in a resalable condition
- Proof of purchase is required
Due to the nature of food products, opened or used bottles cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or partially used food products
- Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
- Products returned after the 14-day cancellation period
5. Return Shipping
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

- Include photos and order details
- We will offer a replacement or full refund, including delivery costs
7. Refund Processing Time
- Once your return is approved and received, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
- Bank or card providers may take additional time to credit your account.
