Cold-pressing is an ancient technique that extracts oil from seeds at low temperatures, preserving all the natural nutrients, antioxidants, and flavors that are often lost in conventional extraction methods.
Our process involves pressing carefully selected organic rapeseed at temperatures never exceeding 40°C. This gentle method ensures that the oil retains its vibrant color, distinctive nutty flavor, and impressive nutritional profile.
